We purpose that in Christian simplicity

we shall continue to follow the Biblical Pattern

recorded in the Bible concerning the first church.

That they that gladly received his word were baptized:

and they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers'. (Acts. 2:41-42)

God's Inerrant Word

Seeking to exhort and encourage one another we meet together for the regular teaching of The Word of God.

The Lord's Supper

According to the teaching of the New Testament, and the recorded practices of the early church, we meet on the first day of each week for 'The Breaking of Bread' (Lord's Supper.) (Acts. 2:42) (Acts. 20:7) (1. Corinthians. 11.23-29)

Prayer

Believing that the New Testament teaches the need for church prayer-meetings, as well as private individual prayer, we have a church prayer-meeting at least once each week.

Evangelism

Because evangelism has always been the privilege and the responsibility of the church, we continue with a scriptural preaching of the Gospel of Christ, which is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth. (Romans 1:16)

Those who are searching for the truth in regard to the security of those who are saved with an eternal salvation, will find the message of the gospel we preach, a sufficient assurance to give them peace with God.

Church Government

This local church group of Christians is not, and will not be, affiliated with any organized denomination, but is governed internally by recognized elders.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

II Timothy 3:16-17
